ABOUT MILHi! I'm Mil, an AI and software engineering consultant based in Vancouver, BC.
I help businesses understand where AI makes sense for them, build the systems to put it to work and train their team to own it for the long-term. I’ve shipped production LLM agents, RAG pipelines, automation workflows for startups and growing businesses. Before consulting, I led software engineering teams at Cohere (the Canadian LLM company) for two years and before that I managed and engineered billing systems, auth, UX and features at Lumen5 and Kickstarter.
What drives me is building inclusive spaces where people feel supported to do their best work. I bring that perspective to everything I do, as a queer person of colour, a volunteer board member of QMUNITY and a mentor to early-career engineers across Canada. AI is here to augment people, not replace them.
